How can you protect yourself from being a victim of poor quality copycats? Here are some questions and guidelines to help you as you prepare to purchase the genuine Dugout Manager or DOM.
1. Are the words “THE DOM” engraved on the front textured body above the drink holder?
2. Is “Dugout Manager” engraved on the textured body below the drink holder?
3. On the back, is “Patent Pending or Patented Product” engraved with the website ?
4. Is the area between the between the two 45-degree angled hooks on each side filled in solid connecting to the bat receiving area reinforcing both the hooks and bat holder?
5. Does the top hanging offset have 3 support gussets underneath for additional support?

If he had done his due diligence he would know that we have owned the domain names for Dugout Manager since 2005 and that the individual referred to offered to buy them from us long after that and we said not for sale. We do not need to trademark the word Dugout Manager.
Please look up both the domain dates referred to above to get the truth. T.T. ails H. Kingsley, ails DS Stewart, ails anonymous has been used; he should have researched the hearsay, lies and unsubstantiated information before putting in writing on the internet.
We have been patiently and painstakingly following our legal council’s advice and are so excited that we will soon be able hold T.T. ails H. Kingsley, ails DS Stewart and ails anonymous accountable.
We gave him or them a chance to do the right thing back at 1/12/12, T.T. ails H. Kingsley, ails DS Stewart, ails anonymous has gone way beyond just being accountable to his issues with us but now has two institutions investigating his claims and internet activities with a possible third next month. In the near future he will be saying to himself, why did I lie? Why did I listen to a stranger in another state and not check my facts? Why didn’t I take the time to investigate before I wrote?
